Midfielder joins from Schott Mainz
FSV Frankfurt has secured the services of Birkan Celik. The 22-year-old midfielder moves to the Bornheimer Hang from league rivals TSV Schott Mainz. Birkan enjoyed his footballing education at 1. FSV Mainz 05 and Waldhof Mannheim, among others. In the Regionalliga Südwest, he played for FC-Astoria Walldorf and TSV Schott Mainz. Last season, Birkan Celik made a total of 26 competitive appearances, in which he scored four goals and assisted three goals.
