Tickets for Our Guest Fans

Please note that tickets for guest fans or visitors from the catchment area of the visiting team cannot (as a rule) be booked online. However, other arrangements can be made with the respective host club at any time.

Tickets for guest blocks F, G and H will be sold on the day of the game at the guest box office (north-west entrance, see graphic at the bottom). Any exceptions will be communicated at an early stage via the host club.

Access to the block usually takes place through the north side of the stadium.

Guest Blocks

We will open the guest blocks depending on the expected number of guest fans and the opponent.

There are three options:

• Opening block F (standing area north) und H (counter stand)
• Opening block F (standing area north) und E (main grandstand)
• Opening block E as a combined standing and seating area (two different prices within the block)

The respective feed or which ticket office is opened will be discussed in advance with the visiting club and announced via the guest information.

Please note: Guest fans who are clearly recognizable as supporters of the visiting team by their fan clothing will not be admitted to the South Stand (block N& block O) or to the blocks A& B of the Main Stand. Guest fans with these tickets have no substitute entitlement to another seat in the PSD Bank Arena.

Directions for Guest Fans

Due to the tight parking situation, we advise every guest fan to arrive by the well-frequented public transport.

Arrival by public transport:
You can get to the PSD Bank Arena as follows:

From Frankfurt (Main) main station, take the U4 direction “Seckbacher Landstraße/Enkheim” to the stop “Konstablerwache”. Change here to U7 in the direction of Enkheim.

Guest fans arriving by subway (line U7) are asked to get off at the stop “Eissporthalle/Festplatz”. From there, you can directly reach the entrance “Am Bornheimer Hang”, which is intended for guest fans (see site plan).

Arrival by car:
Guest fans can park at the Ratsweg fairground (navigation: Am Bornheimer Hang). If the Ratsweg parking lot is occupied due to parallel events, we ask guest fans to use the parking spaces on Ostparkstraße.
Alternatively, the parking garage on Borsigallee (just before the Hesse Center) is also available.
