Ben-Luca Fisher moves to the "Hang"
FSV Frankfurt has secured the services of defence player Ben-Luca Fisher for the coming season. The 21-year-old centre-back moves to the Bornheimer Hang from league rivals Eintracht Frankfurt II. Fisher previously played for Eintracht Stadtallendorf and FC Gießen and has made a total of 58 appearances for all three clubs in the Regionalliga Südwest, scoring two goals and setting up two assists. Ben-Luca Fisher enjoyed his footballing education in the youth teams of KSV Baunatal, Schalke 04 and KSV Hessen Kassel, among others.
Ben-Luca Fisher: “The philosophy of the club and the coach convinced me right from the start of the talks: going into the new season with young players who are capable of developing. For me as a young player, this is exactly the right step in my sporting development. I’m delighted to be a part of FSV Frankfurt from now on.”
Tim Görner, Head Coach FSV Frankfurt: “Ben can be deployed flexibly in central defence and with his strength in opening up players, he gives us variability in our build-up play thanks to his flexible positional play. He already has plenty of regional league experience, knows the region and fits perfectly into the team structure.”
Robert Lempka, Managing Director of FSV Frankfurt: “At his young age, Ben already has plenty of match experience in the Regionalliga Südwest and has great potential for development. He is an absolute team player and will quickly integrate into our talented and hungry team.”
