The Regional League Southwest Sports Court has fined FSV Frankfurt 1899 Fußball GmbH a total of €20,000 for unsportsmanlike conduct by its supporters and inadequate security measures during the championship match against Kickers Offenbach on December 1, 2024. of which €10,000 is suspended, and a partial exclusion of the public from a home game, also suspended. The probation period is 24 months.
After the end of the championship match against Kickers Offenbach on December 1, 2024, several FSV Frankfurt supporters entered the stadium interior. During the incident, there were scuffles between visiting players and supporters.
The decision to suspend part of the penalty on probation takes into account, among other things, the prompt and consistent response of FSV Frankfurt after the incident. The club took immediate action, which led to the identification of several perpetrators, and imposed corresponding stadium bans.
The club concerned may appeal the decision to the Regional League Southwest Sports Court within 48 hours of receiving it. Until then, the ruling is not legally binding.
