German Red Cross Rescue Service Offenbach becomes new box partner of FSV Frankfurt

DRK-Rettungsdienst Offenbach gGmbH has been the new box partner at Bornheimer Hang since December 1, 2024, and is pleased to introduce itself to FSV Frankfurt fans in this article:

Introducing ourselves – The DRK rescue service in Offenbach

“Since 2002, we have been a reliable partner in emergency care for Offenbach and the surrounding district. With our main station in Offenbach and three other locations in the district, we can be on site quickly and provide professional assistance. Our team consists of around 375 dedicated professionals who use 18 modern rescue vehicles to ensure that people in need receive fast and effective help.

We are particularly proud of our emergency paramedics, rescue assistants, and paramedics, who receive regular training to ensure that they are always up to date with the latest medical care.”

What we do – our mission

“Our main task is emergency rescue and qualified patient transport. We are available 24/7 to provide rapid medical assistance and support people in difficult situations. Our teams are not only equipped with modern technology, but also bring a wealth of experience and empathy to the table.

For anyone interested in joining us:

• Emergency paramedic training: Three years of practical training, theory, and real responsibility—one of the most demanding non-academic medical training programs in Germany.

• Emergency medical technician qualification: Become a lifesaver in just 13 weeks, with top support from our training partners in the Rhine-Main area, e.g., ZAS or Fraport.”
